This movie shows how the Cook on The Endeavour realised the sailors were dying of scurvy, which is a lack of vitamin C due to having no fresh vegetables and fruit. The Cook decided to get vitamin C into the sailors by making Carrot Marmalade. But how did a jar of Carrot marmalade end up in the Auckand museum 250 years later...?
